Steps
- Overview Tab
- Enter Posting Date, Currency, and select Payroll Payable Account.
- Select the Organization (e.g., SIS - South Jakarta).
- Choose Payroll Frequency as Monthly.
- Define Start Date and End Date of the payroll period.
- Tick any required options like "Deduct Tax for Unclaimed Employee Benefits", etc.

- Employees Tab
- Filter employees by Category, Department, or Designation if needed.
- The list of employees will be shown in the “Employee Details” section.
- Tick the employees to include in the payroll.
- Optionally validate attendance if needed.

- Accounting & Payment Tab
- Fill in the Cost Center (mandatory).
- Optionally fill Profit Center, Project, or Marketing Segment.
- Leave Payment Account and Bank Account blank at this stage (these are used later during Bank Entry creation).
- Click Save.

- Click Create Salary Slips to generate draft salary slips for all selected employees.
