Steps

  1. Overview Tab
    • Enter Posting Date, Currency, and select Payroll Payable Account.
    • Select the Organization (e.g., SIS - South Jakarta).
    • Choose Payroll Frequency as Monthly.
    • Define Start Date and End Date of the payroll period.
    • Tick any required options like "Deduct Tax for Unclaimed Employee Benefits", etc.

  1. Employees Tab
    • Filter employees by Category, Department, or Designation if needed.
    • The list of employees will be shown in the “Employee Details” section.
    • Tick the employees to include in the payroll.
    • Optionally validate attendance if needed.

  1. Accounting & Payment Tab
    • Fill in the Cost Center (mandatory).
    • Optionally fill Profit Center, Project, or Marketing Segment.
    • Leave Payment Account and Bank Account blank at this stage (these are used later during Bank Entry creation).
    • Click Save.

  1. Click Create Salary Slips to generate draft salary slips for all selected employees.
